Service Interval.
The current service intervals and warranty for your EV vehicles are listed below:
1. Preliminary check 5000k - no charge
2. First Service: 12 months / 15,000 KM.
3. Second Service: 24 months / 30,000 KM
4. Third Service: 36 months / 45,000 KM
Warranty.
WARRANTY: 3 YEARS/100,000KM
EV BATTERY WARRANTY: 8 years/160,000km
Your EV comes with a 3 years/100,000km warranty along with 8 years/160,000km warranty on the EV battery. To honour these warranties, your EV must be serviced and maintained by the KIA EV authorized dealer being Southern Sales & Service Co Ltd at the specified service intervals.
